Ljubljana, 11 April - What exactly has European Enlargement Commissioner Guenter Verheugen at the back of his mind when he is encouraging some EU candidate countries to insist on a postponement of the liberalisation of their real estate markets as long as the postponement is not too long. While he is not very outspoken in his statements and often tells journalists things "off the record", Verheugen has trodden on a slippery ground this time, a Slovene daily writes on Wednesday.
