Cerovsky and Lipic Back Stronger Defence Co-operation between Slovakia and Slovenia
Ljubljana, 11 April - Chief-of-Staff of Slovakia's Armed Forces, General Milan Cerovsky, who arrived on a two-day visit to Slovenia on Wednesday, has held separate meetings with his Slovene counterpart, Brigadier Ladislav Lipic and Defence Minister Anton Grizold. Cerovsky and Lipic focussed on a goal shared by both Slovenia and Slovakia, namely integration into NATO. Cerovsky, who thought that Slovenia is a very good candidate for NATO membership, was confident that the two countries would continue with a very solid co-operation.
