The Ljubljanska Banka Debt the Most Difficult Bilateral Issue, Says Rupel

Ljubljana, 11 April - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said that it was established at Wednesday's meeting between Slovene and Croatian Prime Ministers, Janez Drnovsek and Ivica Racan, that the issue of the debt of the former subsidiary of the Slovene bank Ljubljanska banka to Croatian foreign account holders is the most difficult of the three major open issues between the two countries.
