Slovene Cattle Breeders Warn of Border Blockades
Domžale, 13 April - The Association of Slovene Cattle Breeders and a smaller Slovene cattle breeders' association is calling on the Slovene Agriculture Ministry, the Government and the Veterinary Administration to ban all imports of all live animals and their by-products from all countries where cases of foot-and-mouth disease have been uncovered. The move comes as foot-and-mouth spreads on mainland Europe.
