International Seminar on Local and Regional Self-Government Kicks Off in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 17 April - A four-day international seminar on local self-government started in Ljubljana on Tuesday as a contribution to the Southeastern Europe Stability Pact on local and regional self-government. The seminar - a collaboration of the Government Service for Local Self-Government and the University College of Public Administration - is attended by officials from Montenegro, Croatia, Albania, Bosnia, Romania, Hungary and Slovenia.
