Daily Delo on Government Approval of Slovene-Austrian Cultural Agreement

Ljubljana, 20 April - A diplomatic saying goes that two countries sign a cultural agreement when there is nothing else on the agenda. But that is not the case with the agreement on co-operation in culture, education and science to be signed by Slovenia and Austria. The agreement which defines the status of the German speaking group in Slovenia has been in the centre of bilateral relations from the start, a Slovene daily writes on Friday.
