Revoz Pays Off Dividends

Novo Mesto, 24 April - Shareholders of Revoz, Slovenia's only car manufacturer, decided to allocate SIT 1.27 billion (EUR 5.9 million) for dividends. A new board of directors was named at the annual general meeting of shareholders, while the incumbent chairman Bernard Coursat was relieved, with Michel Bouton appointed to the post. Coursat was named honorary president of Revoz, the company reported on Tuesday.
