Shareholders of Adriatic Vote Against Supply of Fresh Capital

Koper, 25 April - Shareholders of the Slovene insurance company Adriatic dismissed all proposals on supply of fresh capital at a shareholders meeting on Tuesday. As much as 99.17 percent of the capital was represented at the meeting, while the next shareholders meeting of the Koper-based insurance company is scheduled for the end of June, according to Adriatic.
