Sustar to Remain in House Arrest From Now On, Minister Petrin Appears as Witness

Ljubljana, 26 April - The trial against former State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Affairs Bojan Sustar, who is accused of corruption-related crimes, continued at the Ljubljana District Court on Thursday. At the request of his lawyers the court gave consent for the transfer of Sustar from prison to house arrest. The prosecution is not expected to contest the decision.
