Traditional Meeting in Ljubljana as Slovenia Celebrates Labour Day

Ljubljana, 1 May - CELEBRATION
Ljubljana Mayor Vika Potocnik addressed the participants of a traditional meeting marking the International Labour Day on Ljubljana's Roznik as part of Tuesday's celebrations taking place around Slovenia to mark this holiday. Potocnik stressed that Slovenia was faced by great economic obstacles at the time of its independance, now it has managed to catch up with the developed European countries, mainly due to the efforts of its citizens. The Mayor called on for the respect of workers rights and mutual coexistence.
