Hunters' Conference Focuses on Brown Bear
Portorož, 2 May - The 48th general assembly of the International Council of Hunting and Deer Preservation was opened by Slovene Agriculture Minister Franci But on Wednesday in the Slovene seaside resort of Portoroz. The conference, which was organised by the Slovene Hunters' Association, is focusing on brown bear. Over 300 hunters from 45 countries are taking part in the event, sponsored by Slovene President Milan Kucan, Slovenia's national radio station reported.
