Telekom Slovenia Appeals Decision to Allow Competition in Speech Telephony

Ljubljana, 3 May - Telekom Slovenia appealed to the Administrative Court, on Monday, 30 April, against the decision of the Ministry of the Information Society taken at the end of March which determines that Telekom has to reach a price agreement with Incotel, a company providing market telecommunications services through the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
