Southeast Europe Children's Rights Action Network to be Established in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 6 May - Southeast Europe Children's Rights Action Network (SEECRAN), a Slovenia-based international organisation, is to be founded on Monday. Numerous non-governmental organisations from Southeast Europe, which have analysed the status of children in their countries, have co-operated on the project over two years and prepared plans for further co-operation and lobbying on local, national and international levels.
