NATO Air Traffic Management Committee Begins Session at Bled

Ljubljana, 14 May - A plenary session of the NATO Air Traffic Management Committee (NATMC) opened at the lake-side resort of Bled on Monday. The meeting, which will run through 16 May, is attended by 75 participants from 30 countries. As the chairman of the session Luc Robin told at a news conference today, the meeting is to centre on the relation between the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) and NATO, on the civil and military co-operation in critical situations, and on the co-operation with partner states in airspace management.
