Rupel on Stability Pact in Letter to Hombach

Ljubljana, 17 May - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel addressed a letter to Special Coordinator of the Stability Pact for SE Europe Bodo Hombach in which he presented his views on the role of the Pact and the idea of a peace conference on the Balkans. In the letter Rupel wrote that the Stability Pact has a historical opportunity and responsibility in SE, where conditions in Macedonia, Bosnia and Albania call for more decisive action.
