Delo: Problems with Federations

Ljubljana, 19 May - Brussels and the capitals of Slovenia's neighbours, EU members, have put forward many capricious demands and Ljubljana has obediently yielded to them and in "negotiations" with the Union diligently "closed" chapters. Obviously not without success, as the current result stands at 18 provisionally closed chapters and an excellent second place. Why then the mild letter of protest by Prime Minister Drnovsek addressed to the chief of the "European government" Romano Prodi and the prime ministers of all EU member states, the Slovene daily Delo wonders on Saturday.
