Netherlands against Long Transition Periods for Labour Force, Dutch Foreign Minister Says

Ljubljana, 21 May - The Netherlands is not is favour of long transition periods for free movement of labour force from future new EU member states, but understands that some countries which may be most affected by an inflow of foreign workers, for instance Germany and Austria are worried about it. A solution to that will have to be found in negotiations, Dutch Foreign Minister Jozias van Aartsen, who is paying a working visit to Slovenia on Monday, told a press conference.
