Foreign Ministry Responds to Incident In Sensitive Border Area

Seńćovlje, 21 May - Slovenia expects Croatia to refrain from actions which could lead to a deterioration of bilateral relations until the open issue on the Slovene-Croatian border is resolved, said the Slovene Foreign Ministry. This is in regard to an incident earlier on Monday involving Josko Joras, the co-ordinator of the Slovene Civil Society for the Istrian Border, at whose home the Croatian police removed a sign "Here too is Slovenia" and a Slovene flag.
