Slovene-Croatian Border Agreement Not Incompatible with Constitution, Constitutional Court Rules

Ljubljana, 22 May - An agreement regulating transport and co-operation in the Slovene-Croatian border regions is not incompatible with the Slovene Constitution, a ruling passed by Slovenia's Constitution Court on 19 April says. While the agreement has been ratified by Croatia some time ago, Slovenia's National Assembly has failed to do so.
