Zeman's Visit to Facilitate Economic Co-operation between Slovenia and the Czech Republic

Brdo pri Kranju, 24 May - Czech Prime Minister Milos Zeman, who arrived on a two-day visit to Slovenia on Thursday, and his Slovene counterpart Janez Drnovsek discussed the exchange of Slovenia and Czech Republic's experiences in EU accession as well as the potential to strengthen economic co-operation in tourism, transport and industry. Zeman presented the Czech experience with NATO membership to Slovenia, a country aspiring to NATO membership. Speaking to the press after what was their 20th meeting, Drnovsek and Zeman hailed traditionally good relations between the two countries.
