Constitutional Court Delays Implementation of Duty Frees Act, Negotiations with EU Endangered, says Minister Bavcar
Ljubljana, 28 May - Any decision which postpones Slovenia's obligations in EU accession negotiations, threatens the entire negotiating process and the state's credibility, said Slovenia's European Minister Igor Bavcar about the decision of the Slovene Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality of the duty-frees reform act and thus delay its implementation date, which had been scheduled for 1 June.
