Delo on Jospin's Vision of Europe

Ljubljana, 29 May - "Man has to follow the starts. He should only be careful to keep his feet on the ground," Andre Gide wrote not long ago. In the spirit of this idea French Prime Minister Jospin on Monday finally revealed his vision of an enlarged Europe of tomorrow. Jospin backed the idea of a European federation of nation states that would clearly agree on how much of their own sovereignty will be given up to be managed on a common European level and how much of the sovereignty they will keep for themselves, the Slovene daily Delo wrote on Tuesday.
