Slovene Choir Wins Varna Grand Prix 2001

Varna, 29 May - The Slovene academic mixed choir APZ Tone Tomsic won the Varna Grand Prix 2001 at an international choral competition which took place between 23 and 28 May in Bulgaria's Varna. A total of 26 choirs from around the world were competing for the Grand Prix, which leads to the finals for the Europe's Grand Prix 2002, in which the winners of five major competitions in Europe are to take part.
