Luxembourg, 29 May - The European Commission and the EU should understand that the judiciary is completely independent and that courts cannot be fitted in the pace and the timetable of Slovenia's accession negotiations with the EU, said Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek in a response to the decision made by the Constitutional Court to delay the implementation of the act on the transformation of duty free shops.
