Joint Document on Security in SE Europe Adopted in Budapest
Budapest, 29 May - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel attended on Tuesday in Budapest a ceremony at which the Southeastern European Common Assessment Paper on Regional Security Challenges (SEECAP) was adopted by foreign ministers from NATO member states, countries participating in the PfP programme and some other countries from the region.
