Majcen's Suspension Confirmed Once Again
Ljubljana, 30 May - Swimming's ruling body, FINA, has once again confirmed the suspension of Slovenia's long-distance swimmer Igor Majcen for the alleged use of the banned substance nandrolone at a meet in Brazil in early 1999, revealed the Slovene Swimming Association (PZS) on Wednesday. According to a decision made by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) last year, Majcen is to serve his suspension until 15 July 2002.
