Slovene-Hungarian Economic Ties Discussed as Hungarian Presidents Visits Slovene Port

Koper, 1 June - As part of his official two-day visit to Slovenia, Hungarian President Ferenc Madl visited the Port of Koper on Friday. Madl and the accompanying delegation were received by the Chairman of the Port of Koper Bruno Korelic and the the Mayor of Koper Dino Pucer. The Slovene officials used the opportunity to present the goals of the Port in offering services to the Hungarian market and the potential for greater economic co-operation presented by the newly established railway link between the two countries.
