Assessment of Duty-Free Reform Act Rejected by Parliament's Legal Service
Ljubljana, 4 June - The Slovene parliament's legal service has issued a seven-page report in which it casts its opinion on the initiative filed by the non-parliamentary New Party to assess the constitutionality of the act on the reform of duty-free shops. The legal service rejected all the complaints of the New Party and suggested to the parliament that, in the reply to the Constitutional Court, it proposes that the initiative for the assessment of the acts constitutionality be rejected outright.
