Vienna, 5 June - Slovenia's Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel outlined Slovenia's path to independence and the break-up of former Yugoslavia, highlighting the important role Germany played as one of the first states to recognise the newly-independent Slovenia, in a speech delivered on Tuesday at the University of Marburg within a series of lectures dealing with EU enlargement, the Slovene Foreign Ministry reported.
