Defence Ministers from SE Europe Discuss Current Affairs in the Region
Thessaloniki, 6 June - The current security situation in SE Europe topped the agenda of the meeting of defence ministers from states of SE Europe (SEDM) in Greece's Thessalonike on Wednesday, which was also attended by Slovene Defence Ministry State Secretary Milan Jazbec. Further activities within the initiative and the formation of a multi-national brigade, which began to operate in May, were also discussed, said the Slovene Defence Ministry. The meeting was also attended by U.S. Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
