Prodi and Drnovsek Bike It in Northern Slovenia
Ljubljana, 8 June - President of European Commission Romano Prodi, who is on his first official visit to Slovenia, biked through Logarska dolina valley, northern Slovenia, together with Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek on Friday. Prodi, ravished by Slovenia's nature, said that the Commission appreciates Slovenia's endeavours for prompt accession to the EU. He added that the Commission is the country's important ally.
