Largest Slovene Bank Prepares for Privatisation

Ljubljana, 8 June - The largest Slovene bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) has already launched preparations for privatisation by preparing starting price evaluation, which is to be ready by mid July, together with an extended list of potential key investors. The final decision on selling the NLB stock is to be known at the end of January 2002.
