Delo on the Irish No to Nice Treaty

Ljubljana, 9 June - Whatever European Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen thinks about the results of the Irish referendum on Nice treaty, it is clear that the decisions passed at last year's summit in France cannot come into force unless the treaty is ratified by all fifteen member states, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Saturday.
