Referendum on In-Vitro Fertilisation of Single Women Might Succeed as Public Opinion Shifts
Ljubljana, 9 June - As many as 51.6 percent of those polled in the latest survey support amendments to the act on infertility treatment which are to allow in-vitro fertilisation to healthy single women, revealed the Slovene daily Dnevnik on Saturday. The latest results indicate a shift in public opinion, as only 35.9 of the respondents were in favour of the issue in the previous poll at the end of May.
