As in EU, Inflation is Consequence of External Facttors, PM Drnovsek Says
Ljubljana, 11 June - "In general, Slovenia's economic indicators are very good. The only problem, which we currently share with the EU, is a high inflation rate, triggered by external factors, especially rising oil prices and a strong U.S. dollar. In conditions when external factors move the opposite way, it is hard to substantially reduce the inflation rate, but we shall nevertheless pay full attention to it," Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek told a press conference on Monday.
