Ombudsman Calls for Tolerance and Solidarity In Expectation of Referendum
Ljubljana, 14 June - The Slovene Ombudsman reacted to the upcoming referendum on the controversial act which would allow single women to have test-tube babies, saying in Thursday's press statement that he supports the idea that a child have the support of as many adults as possible. However, this does not mean that he absolutely supports the right of a child to two biological parents, especially not those based on the idea that one-parent families are less worhty.
