Levstik Sentenced to Twelve Years in Prison
Ljubljana, 15 June - Vinko Levstik, charged with the murder of two partisans during WWII, was found guilty of committing a war crime on Friday and sentenced to twelve years in prison by the Ljubljana District Court. As the defence has already announced it would file a complaint at the Higher Court, Levstik, who did not attend the verdict due to ill health, will remain free until the the Higher Court takes a final decision on the case.
