Bush and Putin Hold Separate Bilateral Talks with Slovene Officials

The U.S. and Russian Presidents, George W. Bush and Vladimir Putin, have started bilateral talks with their Slovene hosts, President Milan Kucan and Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek at Brdo Castle, some 30 kilometres northwest of Ljubljana. The U.S.-Russian summit is to begin at 2:30 PM CET, while the press conference following the summit is scheduled for 5 PM.
