President Kucan on SE Europe after Meetings with Presidents Bush and Putin

It is important to ask ourselves whether the time has come to tell the Balkan nations on what principles and on the basis of which values they should solve the relations between the majority and minority communities, said Slovene President Milan Kucan after separately meeting the U.S. and Russian Presidents, George W. Bush and Vladimir Putin, at Brdo pri Kranju on Saturday. These principles are written down in the Helsinki Final Act, Kucan added.
