Weekly Review of the Slovene Economy from 9 to 15 June
Ljubljana, 17 June - The beginning of the week was marked by the solution to the Krsko nuclear power plant issue reached by Slovenia and Croatia at a meeting of their Prime Ministers in Croatia's Rijeka on 9 June. The Basel Bank for International Settlements (BIS) held an extraordinary assembly of shareholders at which BIS assets of the former Yugoslavia were divided among five successor states. The division was an implementation of an agreement reached by the successors in Brussels in April.
