Former State Secretary Sustar Gets 3 Years Jail Term
Ljubljana, 22 June - Former State Secretary at the Economics Ministry Bojan Sustar, the highest-ranking Slovene official ever to be tried for corruption, was on Friday sentenced by the Ljubljana District Court to three years in jail and a EUR 30,000 fine on two counts of corruption-related charges. He also received a two year ban from performing duties linked to the allocation of budget funds.
