Slovenia's Foreign Debt Reaches US$ 6.71 Billion
Ljubljana, 26 June - Slovenia's foreign currency reserves totaled US$ 4.916 billion at the end of April. Foreign reserves thus expanded by US$ 546.3 million from the end of 2000, but were still by US$ 1.794 billion lower than the overall foreign debt, which totaled US$ 6.71 billion on the last day of April, according to the latest issue of the Bulletin of the Bank of Slovenia.
