Slovenia Places 34th on the 2001 Corruption Perceptions Index
Berlin, 27 June - Slovenia placed 34th on the 2001 Corruption Perceptions Index, published by the Transparency International, a civil society organisation dedicated to curbing international and national corruption. Slovenia was given the rating 5.2 on a 1 to 10 scale. The least corrupt countries according to the list, which ranks 91 states, are Finland and Denmark with the rating closest to 10.
