Maribor, 30 June - When it already seemed that the assets of the former Yugoslavia would finally be divided, things got complicated in the Balkans again. It could even turn out that the Vienna document is missing signatures of two potential successor states, which might split up and go their separate ways in the coming future, speculates Slovene daily Vecer on Saturday. Europe and the world are uniting, while the Balkans are separating, writes Vecer.
