Trade Union Demands More Rights Regarding Open Hours of Stores

Ljubljana, 2 July - The trade union associating workers in commerce demands that the Slovene government be impartial in negotiations on the working hours of stores. If the expert commission involving representatives of the government, employers and trade unions, does not convene again by 15 July, the trade union will join the initiative to collect signatures on the duty free shops referendum and stage protests, said the trade union's representative Franci Lavrac at a press conference after the international conference on relaxation of working hours of stores in Ljubljana on Monday.
