Hermes Softlab Records Most Successful Year So Far

Ljubljana, 5 July - Slovenia's Hermes Softlab, one of the leading software providers in Central and Eastern Europe, recorded the most successful year in its history in 2000, CEO Rudi Bric said on Thursday, adding that the company, recording profits of EUR 2.8 million last year, which are to remain undistributed, has just acquired ten million euros of fresh capital. Net profits were up 50 percent over 1999, with revenues soaring by 47 percent to stand at EUR 33.4 million, shareholders of Hermes Softlab decided on Monday.
