Slovene MPs Visit ITF Bosnia, Slovene Units in SFOR and Slovenes in Sarajevo

Sarajevo, 11 July - A delegation of the Slovene parliamentary foreign affairs committee headed by its chairman Jelko Kacin on Tuesday afternoon in Sarajevo met Matthias Sonn, the international community's deputy high representative in Bosnia. The Slovene MPs also visited one of the regions in Sarajevo which is being cleared of mines by the Slovenia-managed International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) and met with ITF representative Goran Gacnik. The delegation also paid a visit to a unit of the Slovene military police operating in the multinational specialised unit (MSU) within SFOR, and met with Slovenes living in Sarajevo.
