Slovene Minority in Italy Faces Financial Difficulties

The head of the office for Slovenes living abroad and State Secretary at the Slovene Foreign Ministry Magdalena Tovornik met with the heads of two Slovene umbrella organisations in Trieste on Friday. Her meeting with representatives of the Slovene minority living in Italy focused on the achievements of a six-month co-operation projects and on the political conditions following the elections in Italy. The financial situation of the Slovene minority in Italy was also discussed.
