European Budget Commissioner Discusses Financial Control with Senior Slovene Officials
Ljubljana, 23 July - Slovenia has provisionally closed the negotiating chapter of financial control, now it has to focus on implementing it, which will not be easy, as Europe has extremely high standards, European Commissioner for Budget Michaele Schreyer said Monday after meeting with Slovene Finance Minister Anton Rop during a visit which is aimed, according to Schreyer, at pinpointing difficulties in financial aspects of EU accession and resolving them.
