Plan to Construct Motorways in 2002 Passed in Parliament

Ljubljana, 24 July - After a four-hour debate, the National Assembly passed the plan to build and maintain motorways in 2001. The plan was adopted in a 49:9 vote, with 70 MPs present, on Tuesday afternoon. While giving the plan the green light, MPs thought it was passed much too late. MPs were also critical about its slow implementation.
